The ABCs of GDPR

The EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the latest update in four years regarding data rules for individuals granting permission to exchange their personal information for 'free' services - in this case “opting in” on the website, and email marketing. This regulation includes how data is collected, processed, recorded, stored, and/or disposed. Users can request such information on this data at any time, and change their options from updates to removals.

These regulations cover all of EU no matter where its people are traveling and exchanging data. Organisations failing to comply with these rules by May 25th face significant penalties.

What it Means to You

Current Customers: In order to continue staying informed, GDPR regulations require that you “opt-in” once again to authorize ongoing communications.

The information we collect from you and usage of this data has not changed, and will never be shared with anyone outside of the My M&Ms family.

This is simply a renewal of consent to continue using the information you provide to send the updates you requested, such as newsletters, promos, deals, and news. You may also request to access your data at any time and as always, adjust your email preferences.

If no action is taken by May 25th, you will be removed from our mailing list.

Update authorisation

New Customers: You can look forward to exciting deals, news, and developments knowing your information is secure and that communications are catered to your individual preference.
