In order to guarantee the quality of your made-to-measure M&M's®, we tailor the transport packaging to the external conditions. We monitor the weather conditions in France and all European countries on a daily basis. So when the outside temperature is below 5°C or above 24°C when dispatching your order, we take the precaution of wrapping your order in an insulated box into which we add a cooling pouch in order to maintain the temperature of the products. You are thus guaranteed delivery under optimal conditions.
